At 360Tutoring, owned by STUDYSPOT INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to providing quality educational services through our home tutoring programs. This policy outlines the conditions for refund eligibility, process, and our commitment to fair practice.

Demo Class

  • We offer a free demo class to help you evaluate our tutoring services. This demo class is free of cost and carries no obligation.

Refund Eligibility

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations: 

    1. Before First Paid Session: Eligible for a full refund.
    2. After First, Before Second Paid Session: Eligible for a 75% refund.
    3. After Second Session: No refunds are provided.

  • Service Cancellation by 360Tutoring: If services are canceled by 360Tutoring due to unforeseen circumstances, we provide a refund on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If dissatisfied with a tutor, clients may request a replacement within 7 days. Refunds for dissatisfaction are not issued, as the free demo provides an initial assessment opportunity.

  • Force Majeure Cancellations: In cases of cancellation due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, government regulations, etc.), we will consider refunds or rescheduling options.

Non-Refundable Fees

Completed sessions, administrative fees, and any special registrations or service charges are non-refundable.

    Refund Request Process

    To request a refund, please follow these steps

    • To initiate a refund request:

      1. Email 360tutoring.in@gmail.com with "Refund Request" in the subject line.
      2. Include your name, contact, refund reason, and any service details.
      3. Our team reviews and responds within 7 business days.

    Refund Processing

    • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus any transaction or processing fees incurred during payment.

    Dispute Resolution

    • For unresolved issues, clients are encouraged to reach out to our support team. Disputes not resolved informally may be subject to mediation or arbitration as per our Terms and Conditions.

    Policy Updates

    • STUDYSPOT INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy, with updates posted on our website.
